Book a Free Coaching ConsultationNo hollow pep talks.
Just actionable tools & reflective insights.
Remote & hybrid team leadership requires clarity, adaptability, and systems that actually reflect your values and real-time needs. You’re making high-impact decisions, often without clear feedback loops or consistent support because there are no impromptu hallway gatherings and body language is nearly is impossible to read when you're looking at seven video boxes on a screen.
That’s where milestone coaching comes in. Our work together will amplify your clarity, strengthen your tools, and align your actions with your vision.

How Coaching Works
I work with only 7 coaching clients at a time to ensure depth, not just access. You’ll choose a cadence that fits your bandwidth, and we’ll structure the entire arc of our time together around clear goals and values.
See FAQ section for more info on full and partial scholarships.
Milestone-Oriented
Coaching is structured in quarterly blocks (13 weeks) with co-designed goals and built-in reflection points. We’ll name what matters—and measure what changes.
Intentional Capacity
With only 7 coaching clients per quarter, this is purposeful work. I show up with my whole self—quirky, caring, and strategic—and I hope you'll do the same.
Weekly or Biweekly
Choose a rhythm that matches your needs. Both options include monthly asynchronous check-ins to sustain momentum and build accountability.
Built-in Accountability
We start with agreements, naming both of our commitments & building in checkpoints. You’ll never wonder where we stand.

During our coaching sessions, we'll
-
Build clarity and confidence as a remote leader—without sacrificing your humanity
-
Set bold, achievable goals with a coach who brings systems thinking, reflection, and strategy
-
Co-design tools and frameworks tailored to your identity, workstyle, and values
-
Transform how you lead across time zones, connect with your team, and make decisions that stick

Clarity & Self-Awareness
Expect bold questions, values-mapping, and no buzzwords. We’ll name what matters—so you can lead like you mean it.

Reflection & Insight
We’ll use storytelling, frameworks, and narrative reflection to build your confidence and leadership identity.

Actionable Practices
From working session templates to strategy frameworks, you’ll walk away with tools & strategies you can implement today.

Through one-on-one coaching calls, real-time process videos, and thoughtful feedback, [Isa]Â offered new and actionable ways I could improve. Discussions and meetings that would have felt anonymous or critical in someone else's hands were inspiring, collaborative conversations. I have never doubted how much Isa cared about me or her desire to help me grow, and having that kind of comfortability and confidence in a mentor is something I'd never experienced before.

How to Get Started
1. Fill out the intake form
Expect to spend 20-30 minutes completing the form to ensure our first conversations are valuable and that we're aligned from day one.
2. Book a 25-minute consultation
You’ll receive a scheduling link after submitting the form. This call is about your goals and greatest sticking points, not a sales pitch.
3. Receive follow-up notes + working agreement
After our conversation, I’ll send notes about our call and further logistical details. You decide if you'd like to sign up, and we'll take it from there with a written working agreement, first payment, and session calendar.
Â
If it’s not a fit? That’s okay. I’ll share why I feel that way, offer resources, and refer you to other coaches who might better serve your needs.
